Flight delays happen - we get it, it's part of flying. Soon as you know your flight's been pushed back, give us a ring and let us know what's going on. We've got a grace period built in for situations like this, so don't panic.
Thing is though, if you don't tell us and we're sat there waiting not knowing where you are, we'll have to charge £15 to cover the admin and the bloke's time waiting around for you. Just a quick call sorts it - simple as that.

Right, so you've landed back at Heathrow and cleared customs. Now just head over to the shuttle stop - there'll be signs showing you where to go, or check your confirmation email if you're not sure.
Hop on the shuttle and it'll bring you back to our compound where your car's parked up waiting for you. Grab your keys, chuck your bags in the boot, and you're off home. Easy as that.

Dead simple really. You drive your motor over to our parking compound - it's only down the road from the airport, takes about 10-15 minutes. Leave your car with us, then jump on one of our shuttles that'll take you straight to your terminal.
When you're flying back in, same thing in reverse - shuttle picks you up from the terminal, brings you back to the compound, you collect your car and head home. That's literally it. No messing about with massive airport car parks trying to remember what level you parked on.

Parking arrangements vary depending on demand and operational requirements. Vehicles are handled and parked at locations used by Bee Parking Heathrow as part of the service. Parking locations and facilities may vary, and not all locations have identical features. Vehicles may be moved between locations to support operational requirements and timely return.

Yeah, paying online with us is completely sound. All our payment systems are encrypted and we follow all the data protection rules properly. We don't keep your card details hanging around after the payment's gone through - soon as the transaction's done, that information's gone. Your privacy matters, we're not keeping files on you or anything dodgy like that.

Our system sends confirmation emails out automatically the second you finish booking. If it's not in your inbox, first thing to do is check your spam or junk folder - they end up in there sometimes for whatever reason.
Still can't find it? No problem. Just go on our website and head to the "MY BOOKING" page. You can see all your confirmation details there, change things if you need to, or download it again. Everything you need is on that page - booking reference, times, where to go, all of it.

Vehicles are parked at locations used by Bee Parking Heathrow within the Heathrow area. The primary parking locations are typically within approximately 15–20 minutes of the airport, depending on traffic conditions.
During busy periods or for operational reasons, vehicles may be relocated between different parking locations to facilitate storage, vehicle handling, and return logistics.

Bee Parking Heathrow provides a complimentary shuttle transfer. Heathrow Airport terminal drop-off charges are not included in the parking price and are payable separately.

Any concerns, including damage queries, should be reported as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the procedure set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Customers are encouraged to check their vehicle at the time of return and raise any issues before leaving the site where possible. Prompt reporting helps ensure matters can be assessed fairly and efficiently.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a roadworthy condition when handed over and collected. We strongly recommend that customers inspect their vehicle and take photographs at the time of drop-off and collection to record its condition. This helps support any review or investigation should a concern arise.

Bee Parking Heathrow takes customer feedback seriously. Complaints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with our Terms and Conditions, with relevant evidence assessed. We aim to respond in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
